How to Connect iPad to WiFi Networks
Apple iPad is amazing device. It offers internet, mail, maps and more. The fastest way to get your iPad online is via WiFi. WiFi, a high-speed wireless networking connection, can be found in your office, home, and coffee shops and restaurants. So you must have a WiFi network to fully enjoy this amazing device in different situation. If you have WiFi network then lets see how to connect WiFi on your iPad.
Step 1: Start the iPad
Step 2: Tap on "Settings" > "Wi-Fi" and verify that the WiFi is ON or OFF. Slide the slider to "on". In a few seconds, you'll see a list of all the networks near you.

Step 3: When you see the Wi-Fi network that you would like to connect to, simply tap on it to attempt to join it. But the list of WiFi networks you'll see will include two kinds: public and private.
Step 4: When you reach this screen, the iPad will start searching for Wi-Fi networks that are in range and that are broadcasting their names. As it discovers available networks it will list them under the Choose a Network. If it has a lock next to the name, then it will require you to enter a wireless encryption password in order to connect to it.
Step 5: To connect to a public network, just tap the network name and you'll be online.
Tips: If the network is using wireless encryption, you will be presented with a screen asking you to enter the wireless encryption password which is required to join this network. This password was originally set on your wireless router.
The iPad will now attempt to connect to the network, and when finished, will display the Wi-Fi settings screen again, but this time with the joined network listed and with a checkmark next to it.
